LifeCell Skin Cream

Hi, I'm Jane! Like most women, when I entered my thirties, I started noticing fine lines around my eyes and mouth and a couple of unattractive splotches. I was still a young vibrant woman and I figured with today’s technological advancements, there must be products out there that would ensure my youth and vibrancy could be reflected on my face as well… and without breaking the bank.

So I went in search of anti-wrinkle products that would help me. After months of researching dozens online forums, message boards and blogs and of trial and error (I quickly discovered 95% of anti-wrinkle products don’t work or have harmful side effects),  here are the three products I found that were liked by many people:

Wrinkle Repair by Neostrata Review

This wrinkle repair system by Neostrata helps remove sun-damaged skin, fine lines and wrinkles, just as all of the other systems say. The main ingredients are termed ‘Matrixyl’ and ‘Retinol’, both of which are routinely used in other anti-aging creams.

Matrixyl will promote a better, more young, appearance. It does that by allowing wounds to heal fast, which causes the lower levels of the skin to rejuvenate new cells. And, it also stimulates the matrix (thus the name) of the skin. This is where the skin produces collagen and a thing called fibronectin. This is where the elasticity of the skin increases, which has everything to do with how smooth your skin will look.

Both of these ingredients have been around for so long, they’ve been standardized. This is a great selling point, because you don’t have to wonder whether that product will work, or not. They boast that this cream will work on all skin types, however, which isn’t possible; everybody’s face is different. There’s no way that any product can work for everybody. When a face is eighty years old, it needs different things than a face which is twenty would need, for example.

Deep wrinkles are different than shallow ones. Fine lines are different than thick ones. What works with one kind of line won’t necessarily work with another. Certainly if you make the skin more elastic, that helps. If you make the collagen be healthy, that helps. If you add antioxidants to the skin, that keeps oxidative reaction from occurring so fast. But, it’s impossible to say that one cream will work on all faces.

If a product works on deep wrinkles, then it will be easier to boldly make such a statement, because it will be much better than it was before in a way that can be seen from a distance. This product does that, so it is easier to believe that it will help more people than other products might.

Pros:

  • It has Matrixyl, which is both not toxic and safe to use.
  • You can observe the effects in as little as two weeks.
  • Time has shown that these two products are effective in keeping your skin wrinkle-free
  • It’s been tested in labs, and has been determined to be safe and effective

Cons:

  • It is most effective if you’re over forty years old.
  • It doesn’t work for everybody.
  • It’s expensive

Final Verdict:

If a product works on deep wrinkles, then it will be easier to boldly make such a statement, because it will be much better than it was before in a way that can be seen from a distance. This product does that, so it is easier to believe that it will help more people than other products might. Retinol can be irritating to the skin if you use too much of it.
